Terms of use (Execution Tool EULA)

These Terms govern your use of X FROSTY AI BOT ("Frosty"). By creating an account, linking a broker, or using the dashboard, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Risk Disclosure.

1. Software product, not financial advice

Frosty is software that automates trade execution and risk rules you configure. It does not provide investment advice, portfolio management, or guarantees of profit. You decide when to use the tool, which markets to trade, and which risk settings to apply.

2. Non-custodial, no deposits

Frosty never holds client funds and never accepts deposits for trading. You connect your own broker accounts (Deriv, MT5, or cTrader) and your funds remain at your broker. We only use your API credentials to execute trades that you authorize through the platform.

3. As-is software, no warranties

The platform is provided "as-is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Software bugs, outages, data delays, broker outages, or third-party failures can occur. You accept all risks of using the platform and acknowledge that trading losses are possible, including loss of your entire balance.

4. Limitation of liability

Frosty, its owners, and affiliates are not liable for trading losses, indirect damages, or lost profits arising from the use of the software. You are responsible for all trades placed on your broker accounts.

5. Your responsibilities

  • Keep your login credentials and API tokens secure and confidential.
  • Use appropriate risk settings and start with demo or small balances.
  • Comply with your broker rules, local laws, and applicable financial regulations.
  • Review alerts, notices, and platform updates provided in your dashboard.

6. Policy updates

We may update these Terms, the Privacy Policy, or the Risk Disclosure as the platform evolves. When updates are published, you will be notified in the dashboard and asked to accept the latest versions before continuing to use certain features.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we detect abuse, fraud, or violations of these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time by disconnecting your broker and requesting account deletion.
