Important risk notice

Trading forex, crypto, indices and synthetic markets is risky. X FROSTY AI BOT is software that helps with execution and risk rules, but it does not remove the possibility of loss or guarantee any outcome.

1. No guarantees

Frosty is designed to stack confluence, manage risk and avoid emotional decisions, but it cannot guarantee profits or a particular win rate. There will always be both winning and losing trades. Markets can gap, news can surprise and technology can fail, so you must be prepared for losing trades and periods of drawdown.

2. Non-custodial execution tool

Frosty does not hold client funds and does not accept deposits for trading. You connect your own broker accounts and keep full custody of your funds at your broker. Frosty is an execution tool, not a financial advisor or portfolio manager.

3. Use capital you can afford to lose

Only connect accounts funded with money you can afford to lose in full. Do not borrow, use rent money or funds needed for essential expenses. High leverage can magnify both profits and losses.

4. Your account, your responsibility

You choose the broker, account type, leverage, symbols and risk settings. Frosty executes according to those choices. You remain fully responsible for monitoring your accounts and for any financial outcome.

5. Technology and execution risk

The engine reads news from external providers and may pause trading around high-impact events, but this does not remove slippage or gaps. Orders may be filled at worse prices than requested, especially during fast markets, weekends or outages.

6. Demo first, live later

Always start on a demo or very small account until you are comfortable with how Frosty opens, manages and closes trades. Treat early weeks as a learning period, not a race to maximise profit.

7. Educational content only

The tutor, blog and AI chat are educational. They explain concepts and how the engine works, but they are not personalised investment advice. Past behaviour of the bot or any example account does not guarantee future results.

8. Policy updates

Our Terms, Privacy Policy, and Risk Notice may be updated as the platform evolves. When updates are published, you will be notified in your dashboard and asked to accept the latest versions.

9. If you are unsure, do not trade

If you do not fully understand the risks, products or how Frosty operates, do not connect a live account. Spend time with the tutor, documentation and demo until you are confident.
